Twin Oaks Valley Rd., San Marcos, CA 92069 as the only testing facility in the US that can meet the specific testing requirements for the radios being tested, which includes: Testing RF at very close ranges (5mm), the measurement error out of tolerance, and the specific electrical testing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
