Blue Bell Road, Brenham, TX 77833-2348, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This procurement is for the quantity of fifty-five Power Supply units part number SR-126A, specifically designed for the Aircraft Launcher Interface Computer (ALIC). HDL is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the SR-126A ALIC Power Supply and was certified and qualified by the USAF as the approved source supply for SR-126A Power Supply. HDL is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to continue building the SR-126A ALIC Power Supply and the only source with the technical data package, facilities and capabilities required to manufacture the item for the Avionics program. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
