This effort will require the contractor to provide repair, maintenance, calibration, technical support, and instrument-specific training of Keysight signal generators, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes. The contractor shall meet requirements for parts and services under an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, to be utilized by multiple Navy programs at NAWCWD. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624R0022 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to manufacture and deliver the required products without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. A listing of the requirements from the SOW have been included as an attachment to this posting, please use this as guidance for your capability statement.
