This PDW Decoder SW enhancement is the only tool that capable of converting existing A2PATS scenario files to the required format. The A2PATS scenario files are a Textron proprietary format. Only the OEM can provide this decoder as it must work with existing equipment system A2PATS by Textron Systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing they can provide the products fulfilling the requirements, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0251 and must provide a capability statement that clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
