The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0241 and provide a capability statement that clearly shows the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. Must respond to Andrea Farrell by email at: andrea.m.farrell7.civ@us.navy.mil All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
