## Description

The Chief Technology Office of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, California, issued a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) contract with the University of Southern California (USC) Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT), which will utilize FAR Subpart FAR 6.302-3, for the acquisition of non-personal support services for basic research, applied research, advanced technology development, collaborative research, and technology transition.
