The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Full Food and Mess Attendant Services in support of Command Navy Region, Southeast (CNRSE) Galleys aboard NSA Panama City. The Contractor shall, except as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide all personnel labor, supervision, management, any items and services necessary to perform food service mess attendant services, and food preparation and production defined within this PWS.
