## Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 20 June 2025 for Advanced Cleaning and Inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (Firefighter’s Gear) at NAS Joint Reserve Base, Fort Wort, TX, Fire and Emergency Services. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business Set Aside.

The RFP will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order and will contain a period of performance that consists of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 812320 with a small business size standard of $8M. The requirement is for advanced cleanings of ensembles required twice annually at a minimum according to the 2020 National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1851 standard.

The NFPA 1851 standard 2020 edition also calls for advanced inspections of all elements at least once a year or as needed based on findings found during routine inspections. The RFQ will be available on or about 20 June 2025 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFP will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the description of requirement, and evaluation criteria.

It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.

All offerors must be certified as a Woman Owned Small Business NAICS Code 812320 with the Small Business Administration. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted during the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
