The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business Set Aside. The RFP will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order and will contain a period of performance that consists of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 812320 with a small business size standard of $8M. The requirement is for advanced cleanings of ensembles required twice annually at a minimum according to the 2020 National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1851 standard. The NFPA 1851 standard 2020 edition also calls for advanced inspections of all elements at least once a year or as needed based on findings found during routine inspections. The RFQ will be available on or about 20 June 2025 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFP will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the description of requirement, and evaluation criteria.
