## Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide the Site Security Manager (SSM) and construction security services, as well as construction security surveillance services to support a secure construction project onboard Naval Station Mayport in accordance with (IAW) the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and Department of Defense (DoD) policies.

The Site Security Manager (SSM) is the single point of contact regarding special compartmented construction security at the project site and responsible for implementing all aspects of a Construction Security Plan (CSP), attachment (1).

The SSM will coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and will forward information to the Accrediting Official (AO) and Special Security Officer (RSSO) as required by ICD 705. All security actions shall be approved by the SSM, and in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract. This is requirment is also under market research through GSA under RFQ 1737231.

Experience in PWS states 8 years but this can be also approved for a minimun of 4 years experience. Attached you will see a redacted PWS, Evaluation Criteria and Past Performance Form required at time of actual solicitation. If MR reveals GSA has the contracted cability no further action will be taken on SAM.gov and requirement will be solicited and awarded through GSA.
