The Site Security Manager (SSM) is the single point of contact regarding special compartmented construction security at the project site and responsible for implementing all aspects of a Construction Security Plan (CSP), attachment (1). The SSM will coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and will forward information to the Accrediting Official (AO) and Special Security Officer (RSSO) as required by ICD 705. All security actions shall be approved by the SSM, and in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract. This is requirment is also under market research through GSA under RFQ 1737231. *** Experience in PWS states 8 years but this can be also approved for a minimun of 4 years experience. Attached you will see a redacted PWS, Evaluation Criteria and Past Performance Form required at time of actual solicitation.
