The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order and will contain a period of performance that consists of a (1) one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. The requirement is for routine diagnostics and maintenance on two (2) Bauer Unicus III and two (2) Bauer Open Horizontal Air Compressor systems to be completed in accordance with Bauer O&M manual MNL-0375 October 22, 2009. Monthly maintenance will include calibrating CO Monitor and checking for oil level, final pressure shutdown, and automatic condensate drain. Additional maintenance will be required bi-annually, annually, every 2 years, at 500 hours and 1000 hours of machine use. The maintenance must be completed by Bauer Certified Technicians. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5M. The RFQ will be available on or about Wednesday, 5 February 2025 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments.
