Port assessment and repair training by ASCE provides mission specific skills vital to the Naval Construction Force. Mission specific training will include understanding of port facility functions, assessment analysis, data collection, reporting criteria, data organization, condition index rating, capacity reduction due to degradation, repair plan development, repair validation, along with practical applications.
