Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are Small Businesses capable of providing Hot Asphalt Mix in support of Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Gulfport, MS as described in the DRAFT Description of Requirement (DOR) provided as an attachment.
