The Government intends to post solicitation N6883624R0003 as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside on or about 30 January 2024. The following is required to travel on Air Mobility Command (AMC) aircraft: A. Valid passport. A Passport card is NOT valid for air travel. B. Properly executed SECNAVFORM 5512/1. To be provided to the contractor after required information is submitted via email. C. Letter of Authorization signed by the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO). To be completed by the PCO upon email from the contractor with required information below. D. Form of payment, or can be billed to their company if necessary. Flight costs are $393.00 each way. E. Baggage within allowable size/weight limits: 62 linear inches and 70LB. NOTE: Plane departs NASJAX, but returns to Jacksonville International. NOTE: All passengers must report to the NASJAX AMC Terminal (BLDG 279) not later than 5:30 AM on day of travel.
