## Description

In an effort to align with the Sailor 2025 and NETC initiatives of modernizing training systems, and to eliminate the annual course costs in material and printing expenses, Center for Seabees Facilities and Engineering is introducing the use of MS Surface Pro tablets, further reinforcing the goal of technology in the classroom while aligning with the CSFE directed curriculum standards.

MS Surface Pros have been selected for the Windows OS to include the CAC integrated Kensington Blackbelt case providing for DOD and DON compatibility both in the classroom and out allowing service members to complete classroom requirements, as well as service member responsibilities while they are at NETC in student status.
