The bench failed calibration over 2 years ago. Since the weight test bench has been inoperable, the command has had to send all gear needing testing to outside facilities. This not only affects FRCSE, but also any command that requires MHE/OHE gear to be weight tested. 3.0 REQUIREMENTS Weight test bench repair or replaced. CONTRACT NEEDED TO HAVE ESI MOTION CONDUCT FIBER OPTIC TESTING ON A/F48T-6A TEST STAND. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services to perform trouble shooting support services at the Fleet Readiness Center South East (FRCSE) as defined in the attached ESI Motion quote.
