Unaccompanied Housing with replacement of existing KABA ILCO electronic stand-alone locking system parts. Supplies shall be delivered to the NAS Pensacola Unaccompanied Housing Office and locks will be installed on all rooms of buildings 3907 and 3908. Commander, Naval Installation Command (CNIC) has designated brand name KABA ILCO electronic stand-alone locking system as the only authorized system. The Contractor shall provide all supplies in accordance with (IAW) the Description of Requirements (DOR). System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria.
