The contractor shall provide all technical services related to troubleshooting, evaluating, and repairing the 3D Printer in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and the Scope of Work and shall repair the 3D Printer to fully operational status. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources my submit a capability statement, which, if received with three (3) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you submit a capability statement, you must provide verifiable proof of certification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Stratasys Inc., to perform the required services.
