The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) has a requirement for services in support of the Facility Management Systems (FMSs) with proprietary Metasys software license subscriptions, software installations, systerm upgrades, technical support and hardware maintenance. Johnson Controls Building Solutions LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Metasys software and hardware support and retains all rights required to provide the necessary connection and maintenance. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.
