The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Southwest has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Calibration services, and as needed repairs of a Government owned asset located at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) for three (3) ROMER Absolute Arms. Hexagon Manufacturing is the only known qualified source capable of satisfying the Government's specific requirements and mission for this procurement. Hexagon is the OEM and does not utilize third party services for its MyCare service agreements. Any inability to procure these services would cause an unacceptable delay in operations at FRCSW. For this reason, the Government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Inc.
