The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for FRCE maintenance and servicing of portable hand-held fire extinguishers listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition (FAR) Part 12 and 13. Offerors shall price CLINS for each type of fire extinguisher listed and include the total price in accordance with the outlined CLIN structure provided below in the instructions. CLINS are structured based on a maximum number of fire extinguishers that shall be serviced per year.
