Pregl Services Inc. has restrictive data rights and proprietary licensing agreement to provide the required services on the Government owned AIVD system. For this reason, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Pregl Services Inc (CAGE 69K87) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statment, which, if received within six (6) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Infromation received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
