The COMFRC Aviation Support Equipment, Solomons, MD has a requirement for depot evaluation and repair of Fuel Test Set TTU597/E, P/N: BCN849A6010-000, NSN: 4920-99-551-5371. The contractor will provide the services necessary to test, repair, calibrate, and return the Fuel Quantity Test Set TTU597/E. Ultra Electronics ICE, Inc. is the only known qualified source capable of satisfying the Government's specific requirements and mission for this procurement. For this reason, the government intends to procure these products on a sole source basis from Ultra Electronics ICE, Inc. (CAGE Code: 5Y111). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.
