## Description

The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice fo their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Torrington Swager Machinery, Inc., 102 Wolcott Road, Wolcott, CT, on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

COMFRC Aviation Support Equipment Rotary Swager Repair COMFRC requires repairs to the existing rotary swager, model 1047, Serial Number 9440 located at Naval Air Station North Island, CA. Torrington Swager Machinery is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and retains all the proprietary/techncal data rights required in order to supply the required and necessary components and technician to perform the services.
