NAVAIR Standard Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) Viewer (NSIV) Program requires ItelliCAD Software License and Maintenance Support. It is required that Program Executive Office Aviation Common Systems and Commercial Services (PEO(CS)) Logistics (Log) Information Technology (IT) Digital Group have the ability to integrate IntelliCAD into the government owned Vector Graphic Management Tool (VGMT) and distribute it to all NSIV stakeholders for the purpose of editing existing .svg graphics and the creation of new .svg graphics.
