## Description

The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), Patuxent River, MD 20670 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Pregl Services Inc. 5043 U.S. Hwy 51, Janesville, WI 53546 (CAGE Code: 69K87) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. FRCSW has a requirement to upgrade an existing/legacy IVD.

This procurement will include upgrade, start-up, operator/maintenance training and process support. The requirement will also include four (4) follow-on optional years of Preventative Maintenance services. The Original Equipment Manufacturer of the IVD is PREGL and for this reason, it is the intent of COMFRC PG to award this contract to PREGL, (CAGE Code: 69K87). THIS NOTICE INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

However, al responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis will be considered. The Statement of Work for this notice is included in the RFP. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Point of contact for this requirement is Xeo Golding at xeo.a.golding.civ@us.navy.mil
