The attached Statement of Work details further requirements. The contract will have line items for each countermeasure test set. This contract service will maintain a period of performance (PoP) for fourteen (14) months after the date of the award with early delivery dates authorized. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) business days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
