Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) requires a replacement manifold for a Government owned MTS Load Frame, and installation of same onsite at Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island in San Diego, California. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this Government owned equipment is MTS SYSTEMS CORPORATION and they do retain proprietary rights.
