## Description

This acquisition is to purchase subscription licenses to online leadership and professional development training software that supports Microsoft Windows 10. Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), Fleet Support Team (FST) has a requirement to provide access to leadership and professional development training to its workforce via online and in person training.

Acquired training software must enable FRCSW employees to access online portfolio of training classes, as well as enable designated FRCSW trainers to facilitate in person sessions. Online training software must also include access to all participant training materials, to include training guide, supplemental tools, and assessments.

The implementation of this training software has a direct impact on DIRECT FLEET SUPPORT.Online Leadership and Professional Development Training Software must run on NMCI computers and be compatible with Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Windows 10. The training licenses are used to provide access to a catalog of professional development training offerings vital to maintaining an efficient and effective Fleet Support Team.
