The Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM) Integrated Product Team (IPT) has a requirement to provide an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and related software to interface legacy data systems for an Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution in support of the Program Executive Office, Aviation Common Systems and Commercial Services (PEO(CS)) and Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (PEO(MLB)). A sources sought notice associated with this synopsis was posted on 07 December 2023 to identify capability for this requirement. Based on the responses to the sources sought, eQ Technologic, Inc., was deemed the only company capable to fulfill the requirement. For this reason, the government intends to procure the requirement on a sole source basis from eQ Technologic, Inc. (Cage 6SMR7). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.
