The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to procure on a sole-source basis to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Hydraulic International, Inc, CAGE: 56529 for the procurement of The Hydraulic Fluid Bulk Dispensing Unit (BDU), Part Number (PN) 061482-100MOD2, Small Corrosion Control Cart, PN 051497-100, Triton Hydraulic Fluid Purifier, PN 4106AS0235, Hydraulic Fluid Servicing Unit (HFSU), PN 101803-100 and Tank and Pump Unit, PN 88019-100 in support of the United States Navy (USN) MQ-4C and the Royal Australian Air Force Programs. The proposed action is for hardware for which the Government intends to solicit with only the OEM under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
