The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, \"Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements\" for this action. Spika Design and Manufacturing is the sole developer, designer and manufacturer of the Maintenance Platform Set and is the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical expertise and data to support the development of this item. The Government does not have the technical data to obtain this item from an alternate source. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice.
