The technical drawing package for these items were designed by and is currently maintained solely by The Eclypse International Corporation . Therefore, the Government cannot provide the necessary technical details that fully capture the required specifications for this requirement to another contractor. Award to another source would require the need to reverse engineer and re-qualify equipment. This process would take an additional 24 months and result in unacceptable delays to the Government. This delay would adversely affect the Squadrons ability to perform their everyday duties in supporting the Warfighter.
