The required NGL Assembly, Flush Deck are Critical Safety Items (CSIs) and therefore it is the Navy's intent to pursue a limited competition between the following vendors whom are qualified to provide these CSIs: --The Entwistle Company, 6 Bigelow Street, Hudson, MA --Penn State Tool and Die Shop, 7590 Route 30, Irwin, PA 15642 -- General Atomics San Diego, CA -- NAWCADLKE The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 333998. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1.
