For the manufacture, assembly, and production of a quantity of two (2) Apparatus Purge Assembly’s, Part Number: 50C-0068-2. This item is used to safely remove moisture from and maintain the aircraft's cryogenic liquid oxygen (LOX) life-support systems. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Procurement for the French Ministry of Air Force (FMoAF), for the E-2C Aircraft (FMS Case: FR-P-GWO). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
