This PN is required to perform Organizational/Intermediate and Depot Level Maintenance tasks on C-130 type aircraft. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(c)(2)(ii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
