The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 336413. INDAL has designed and developed the Sweep-Up Spares and is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this synopsis in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
