Japan requires 4 JSECST and 2 TPIH Accessory Sets. France requires 1 JSECST and 1 TPIH Accessory Set. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement for Japan FMS Case JA-P-CVL and France FMS Case FR-P-GXM. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
