This procurement will be conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334310- Audio Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees, with award being made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offeror. Therefore, it is open to all small businesses that express an interest and possess an approved DD2345 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
