## Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division awarded a Delivery Order (DO) under Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A123G0021 with Derco Aerospace, Inc., CAGE Code: 8X044, for the procurement of various pieces of Peculiar Support Equipment in support of the KC-130J Program (See Attachment 1). This order was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement was synopsized under Notice ID N6833525R0311.
