The HTS Modernization kits and spares are a general purpose Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) system that fault isolates Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRA), Shop Replaceable Assembles (SRA) associates with complex avionics packages installed in modern aircraft weapon systems. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://sam.gov. Interested vendors shall submit their capability statements and any other pertinent information to devin.l.hader.civ@us.navy.mil , no later than 26 February 2025 at 4:00 P.M. EDT for review.
