The government does not own the drawings. Market Research and Internet searches were conducted by the Government’s technical team to determine if any other vendor could satisfy the U.S. Navy’s requirements. The Federal Procurement Data System, Dynamic Small Business Search, and Google Internet search engines were queried for potential sources without success.
