## Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price purchase order, on a sole-source basis to Aerospace Control Products, Inc. (CAGE: 58918) for the procurement of Portable Oxygen Regulator Test Set (PORTS) SEC-6267 (P/N LKA247859SX) in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) V-22 Japan, P-3 Taiwan, and E-2 Taiwan Programs.

The drawings are proprietary to Aerospace Control Products, Inc. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit an award of a contract.
