Druck LLC holds the proprietary rights to the drawings, specifications, and data necessary for the procurement PN:ADTS ECP Kits, calibration, and installation of the Air Data Test Set ECP kits. Based on the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, it is appropriate to procure the items required on a sole source basis from Druck LLC.
