## Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price contract for the procurement of Towbar, Part Number (P/N):

**01-1308-0011, NSN:** 1730-01-658-4236 for the MQ-9A Reaper Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program. This procurement will be a limited competition between the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Tronair Inc., and its authorized distributors. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.

There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.
