The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” for this action. Fatigue Technology is the sole developer, designer and manufacturer of the Support Equipment and is the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, and data to support the development of this item. The Government does not have the technical data to obtain this item from an alternate source. (THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
