If the Government we’re to obtain a lease from another source, a substantial duplication of costs would be incurred for furniture removal costs, tear down preparations, tear down, Williams Scotsman relocatable removal costs, new facility costs, and wiring/furnishing costs. It is anticipated that the duplication of costs will not be recovered through competition. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 19 September 2024 at 11:00 A.M. EDT to Shara Ruth at shara.j.ruth.civ@us.navy.mil.
