A Sources Sought notice for this requirement was posted under N68335-24-RFI-0262. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Mid-Atlantic Computer Services, Inc. This acquisition is being pursued under sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and not other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
