Textron Systems Corporation is the sole developer, designer and manufacturer of the ABE 310A and is the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical expertise and data to support the development of this item. The Government does not have the technical data to obtain this item from an alternate source. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice.
