The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, \"Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements\" for this action. The Mobile Electric Power Plant is the only piece of peculiar support equipment to meet the maintenance requirements. No other H-60 mobile electric power plant has been identified that can perform the same functions and that is certified by the U.S. Navy to conduct maintenance on military outfitted H-60 helicopters. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Responsible, interested parties, however, may identify their interest by submitting a capabilities statement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice.
